This is kind of like Toy Story. But for books, which are better than toys anyway.
A Canadian couple and a host of volunteers spent days and nights painstakingly ordering bookshelves in their Toronto bookstore to create a frame-by-frame, stop-motion movie about what happens when they go home from work. The story is beautiful and mesmerising and the ending? We couldn’t agree more. Check it out.

Have you seen the reports about the mysterious book sculptures turining up all over Edinburgh? An intriguing story, and the paper sculpting is breathtaking!

The title of this reminds me of Erin McKean’s ‘The Secret Lives of Dresses’ where the vintage dresses all have a story.
Check it out – a great read.

I love it! Reminds me of a children’s book that I love called How to Live Forever by Colin Thompson. The characters in the books in this big old library come to life and wander around at night. It’s fabulous, one of my favourite books to read with kids.

Last weekend I read it to my 5 year old nephew, 6 year old niece and 8 year old son and they were all enthralled. Maybe around 4 and up?
