She’s one of the most popular stars in Hollywood, and now the award winning actress has finally walked down the aisle.
Natalie Portman married her ‘Black Swan’ choreographer Benjamin Millepied over the weekend.
They met on the set of the Hollywood blockbuster in 2009, the pair announced their engagement in December 2010.
Natalie and Benjamin tied the knot in an intimate Jewish ceremony in the Californian town of Ben Sur.
The UK press reported:
Earlier this year a friend told America’s In Touch magazine: ‘It’s one of Natalie’s favourite places – whenever she needs a break from LA she goes there.’
Just 60 guests were invited to the ceremony as the couple wanted the event to be as laid-back as possible.
The friend added: ‘This wedding is for their closest friends and family. It will be a very relaxed affair. They’re not sending out invites. Natalie may not even buy a new dress!’
When Natalie won the Best Actress Oscar for the film, she paid tribute to Benjamin, calling him her ‘beautiful love’ and thanked him for giving her the ‘most important role of my life’.
She gave birth to their son Aleph in June 2011 and at this year’s Academy Awards there was speculation they had already tied the knot as they both wore bands on their wedding ring fingers.”

Glad it’s not another boring strapless wedding gown. Good luck to her I reckon.

Hrm, hard to see the actual dress but she could wear a potato sack and still look gorgeous!

Not much about the wedding but love the gallery anyway. She is such a stunning person and what dress sense! Delightful.

Ummm… “the dress and the details” ?? One dodgy pic of a tree with a dress behind it and really no details beyond the town and ‘intimacy’ of the guest list. So glad I clicked, not.

I think you mean the town of Big Sur in California. Typo?

Very funny! I note your correction in the body of the article, Mamamia. Are we playing ‘Spot the Deliberate Mistake’?
