JK Rowling: Dishing out kick-arse life advice on Twitter to muggles everywhere.

Need advice? Just ask J.K. Rowling.

J.K. Rowling has imparted much knowledge on us muggles since she sat down in a Starbucks to tap out her first Harry Potter novel.

She’s still doling out the wisdom, only now it’s via her Twitter account, which has proved that’s she’s just as clever in 140 characters or less.

Many of the tweets directed at Rowling are from young, aspiring novelists seeking her advice.

This is exactly how Harry Potter was written.

Take this most recent one from a young Egyptian girl: “You inspired me to write. Howevewr [sic], in Egypt, girls can’t do anything freely as boys. They laugh at me when I say I am a writer.”

J.K. Rowling responded, “Don’t you dare let their laughter extinguish your ambition. Turn it into fuel! Big hugs from one writer to another x.”

She also encouraged another thwarted young writer a week or so ago.

“My dream is to be a writer, but my parents always say that this is not a worthy profession, what do I do to change this?” enquired the young scribbler.

Very astute, Rowling!

J.K. Rowling had the perfect reaction to seeing Neville Longbottom’s wand.

She’s not “built like a man”. She’s a professional athlete.

Sorry J.K. Rowling but we cannot accept your apology.
