Courtney and Georgia had a very long goodbye and none of it made it to our screens.

The latest episode was about 89 per cent Courtney and Georgia dropping some truth bombs on each other, about 3 per cent Jake basting a turkey (wtf?) and 8 per cent of Georgia blushing because SHE RAN INTO A POTPLANT.

But it turns out, there's a lot that went on behind the scenes of this episode... and despite the fact we saw a LOT of Courtney, he told Mamamia that there was A LOT we didn't see.

Like the fact they had had very similar conversations in the past.

"We had had quite a few deep and meaningful conversations along those same lines [as on the beach and at the rose ceremony]," he told Mamamia.

"I think Georgia realised pretty early on that I was someone who doesn’t wear their heart on their sleeve, I’m not overly affectionate. I did try very, very hard to articulate my level of emotion and my feelings to Georgia. Not that you saw any of that..."

And if you found yourself yelling 'WHERE IS COURTNEY'S LIMO CONFESSION?', you weren't alone. Courtney was just as surprised his piece to camera didn't make the cut.

"You didn’t see it, but I did get to have a good chat with Georgia before I left [the mansion] about the rest of her time in the house," he said.

"I was wishing her all the happiness in the world and hoping that she does find love. I had my limo chat as well...but that didn’t make the cut. That’s alright. A lot didn’t make the cut."

Such is the nature of reality television entertainment, right?
