The Bachelorette boys have a very weird, very cute group ritual after each rose ceremony.

When the girls of The Bachelor told us they spent the night after each rose ceremony taking off their makeup and debriefing over a cup of chamomile tea, we weren’t that surprised.

Because, that’s honestly exactly what we would want to do.

Listen to the latest episode of Bach Chat:

But when Tommy, who was eliminated from The Bachelorette last night after a heart-wrenching ceremony, told us that what the boys get up to after someone is gone we were… a little speechless.

"After the rose ceremony, we'd always sit back and celebrate the person that left. We would have a drink and sit around and talk about the person that left. And while we were doing that, we'd pass around the makeup remover to wipe off our face," he told Mamamia.

Just...just try and picture that scenario. We dare you.

(Oh, and for the record, Sam had the best 'make-up removal tips' because he "walks around with lip gloss...or lip balm, I don't know the difference but he has luscious lips.")

But that's not all: Tommy said the boys tried to make the experience of someone missing out on Georgia's love into a positive experience.

"We had a whiteboard, so we would write nice things about the person that left. Then we would send off an image of what [we wrote] to that person to make them feel good about themselves," he said.

"I hope I get to write on the whiteboard tonight." Image via Channel 10.

"It just showed how much we missed them and how much we cared for them. It was a celebration of what an awesome person we got to meet and spend some time with."

That's just a little bit cute.

See which men are still in the running to win Georgia's LOVE (get it?):
