A 17-year-old movie reviewer just got taken down by Amy Schumer.

A smug young thing known as Lights Camera Jackson has found himself taken down a peg by Amy Schumer after insulting her on Twitter.

UGH.

The 17-year-old movie reviewer, real name Jackson Murphy, posed for a picture with Schumer, 34, on the red carpet at the Critics Choice Awards yesterday.

Instead of being full of awe, respect, and gratitude, he posted the picture along with the comment, “Spent the night with @amyschumer. Certainly not the first guy to write that.”

HA! SO FUNNY, YOU TINY VIRGIN. Ahem. Sorry.

Schumer was quick to respond.

For what it’s worth, he did seem genuinely sorry.

That Amy Schumer’s a class act.

It’s doubtful one teen’s chauvinistic tweet could mar Schumer’s memories of the night — she won the MVP award at the show and accepted it with a classic, rambling Schumer speech.

The precocious teenager Murphy was at the Critic’s Choice Awards as the youngest member of the Broadcast Film Critics Association, meaning he gets to vote for the winners.

He began doing reviews when he was just eight. He just very nearly ended that career at 17.
