When men speak for us: Because they are better at everything, quite frankly.

Congrats, you have an all-male panel!

You know what’s great? Looking at a conference line-up and not seeing a single female name on the speakers’ panel.

You know what else is great? Men. Sure, they only make up half the world’s population, but that doesn’t stop them speaking with authority on important issues for both sexes. Thanks, men.

In fact, aside from earning less and being systematically discriminated against in the workforce, there’s actually nothing I like better than an all-male panel. Quotas be damned, I say, because there is nothing that qualifies you for any — and every — task more than being born with a Y chromosome.

Hence, you can imagine my delight when I discovered All Male Panels, a new Tumblr is collecting all male panels, seminars, events, and various other things featuring all-male experts from around the world. Not a XX in sight!

Take, for example, this panel to discuss the expansion of leadership opportunities for Buddhist women. It sure would be ridiculous to talk about integrating women without, you know, integrating any women into your panel, wouldn’t it?

Men: 7, Women: 0, Hoff: 1.

Check out some more of the all male panels talking important men talk and getting the David Hasselhoff seal of approval.

Other times when men had our backs:

The International Women’s Day lunch that’s being held at a men-only club.

If anyone knows families, it’s these unmarried, childless, celibate men.
